Excellent service from both Zac and Sean from ATC Kilwinning depot. Arrived within my alloted time and also had the decency to phone me when they were 10 mins away. They had difficulty getting my 2 chairs in via my front door, so assessed my backdoor entrance for me. With some difficulty they got both my chairs in. Just shows how good they are at their job as no way did I think it would fit but they didn't give up. Both of them were so helpful and polite and a credit to the company.

Excellent service and friendly crew. Notified in advance of collection by text and by email with a date and expected two hour delivery slot. Notified by text of delivery slot on the day. Phone call a few minutes before arrival. Very friendly and quick collection.
ATC at Kilwinning depot - Zac and Mark.

Got text messages 2 days before delivery, informing me of a delivery date, then got a message the day before stating a time slot. Got another message in the morning of the delivery, stating a time slot and then drivers phoned me prior to time slot to say they'd be with me in an hour. Both delivery men, Jonathon and Colin, from the ATC Kilwinning depot were very helpful,polite and cheerful.

Delivery was fast and the men were Very helpful getting my new bed upstairs and in my room!

I took delivery today of a new mattress , the 2 guys who delivered were very professional and polite and very helpful, my drive is very steep but they were extremely careful that they brought my mattress to my door without causing any damage . Really nice pair of lads. They were quick, took away all the packaging and left no mess. They also followed all Covid H & S regulations all the time.
